1) to Approve the enclosed Procedure and conditions of release of Dehkan (farmer) farms from payment for accession of electrical power capacities, water supply (without use of constructions or technical equipment).

2) to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of melioration and water resources of the Republic of Tajikistan and Open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" to take specific measures for accomplishment of this resolution.
