2) to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan in case of approval of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan to determine and approve the Single price list of the prices of types and amounts of medical services to the population in State Healthcare Institutions of the pilot regions of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3) to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop and approve the Instruction and rules on program implementation of the state guarantees on providing the population with the medical and sanitary help for the pilot regions of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2010 - 2011.
4) to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, local executive bodies of the government of Khatlon and Sughd areas, Rasht, Shakhrinavsky, Varzobsky districts and the city of Tursunzoda, with involvement of Partners in development to provide implementation of this Program since February 1, 2010 according to, in the cities of Sarband, Nurek and Tursunzoda, the areas Dangara, Spitamen, Rasht, Shakhrinav, Varzob and since February 1, 2011 in the cities and districts of the Sughd area.
