According to the Law of Ukraine "About the state material reserve", the Regulations on the State committee of Ukraine on the state material reserve approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 08.06.2006 of N 810, the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of 20.02.96 N 57/96-BP "About the mechanism of application of measure of responsibility of legal entities, stored whom there are material resources of the state reserve, for their unauthorized alienation (use, realization)", the Procedure for forming, placement and carrying out transactions with material values of the state reserve approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 08.10.97 of N 1129, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 12.04.2002 N 532 "About the Procedure for compensation to the companies, organizations and the organizations of expenses of the material values of the state reserve connected with safe custody" for the purpose of increase in overall performance in the field of management of the state reserve and enhancement of control of condition of work with material values of the state reserve I ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for monitoring procedure behind condition of work with material values of the state reserve which is applied.
2. To heads of structural divisions Goskomrezerva to bring this order to permission of workers.
3. Control auditing to submit to department together with Legal management in the procedure established by the legislation this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. I reserve control over the implementation of the order.
