About approval of the Regulations on procedure for conducting social examination of the developed state target and investing programs regarding their influence on creation and jobs preservation
According to article 13 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan", and also for the purpose of implementation of "The master plan of implementation of the Concept of creation and jobs preservation in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2008-2015" for development of social responsibility of employers, effective assessment of the social developed state target and investing programs concerning their influence on creation and jobs preservation and employment of the population, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1) to Approve Regulations on procedure for conducting social examination of the developed state target and investing programs regarding their influence on creation and jobs preservation it (is applied).
2) to the Ministries, departments and local executive bodies of the government, to customers and coordinators of the state target and investing programs from now on to send the developed programs to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan for conducting social examination.
3) to provide to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan conducting social examination of drafts of the state target programs regarding their influence on creation and jobs preservation, including for disabled people and separate national groups, and to send the conclusions about social examination to developers of the program.
The Subitem "b" of Item 5 of the Provision of the State agency of social protection, employment of the population and migration approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 3, 2007 No. 102 to add 4) with the paragraph of the following content:
