Rules of maintaining Unified State Register of Legal Entities and individual entrepreneurs

1) Rules of maintaining the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and individual entrepreneurs (further - Rules) are prepared according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for maintaining the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and individual entrepreneurs (further - the Unified state register).

2) the Unified state register represents single state information databank about legal entities, their branches and representations, individual entrepreneurs, branches and representations of the foreign legal entities (managing daleesubjekta) who underwent state registration according to the Law.

3) the Unified state register is kept by the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and its territorial authorities (further - the Tax Committee) according to these rules.

4) the Unified state register comprises the data provided in article 8 of the Law and is kept on electronic and paper carriers.
