About amnesty of citizens and legal entities of the Republic of Tajikistan in connection with legalization of some money by them
This Law determines legal and organizational basis of holding exclusive single action by the state by granting of amnesty of citizens and legal entities of the Republic of Tajikistan in connection with legalization of the money directed to share acquisition of Rogunsky Hydroelectric Power Station Open joint stock company or transferred from foreign banks to banks of Tajikistan by them and determines their release from the separate responsibility established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
- legalization of money - process of investment into economy of Tajikistan of money by means of share acquisition of Rogunsky Hydra Power Plant Open joint stock company and money transfer from banks of foreign countries in banks of Tajikistan which were removed from legal turnover in the Republic of Tajikistan earlier and were not officially declared;
- granting of amnesty of citizens and legal entities - release from separate responsibility, stipulated by the legislation, the citizens and legal entities of the Republic of Tajikistan legalizing the money according to this Law;
- the legalization period - the period of time established according to requirements of article 3 of this Law for legalization of money of citizens and legal entities of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Operation of this Law extends to the citizens and legal entities of the Republic of Tajikistan who were using the money for share acquisition of Rogunsky Hydroelectric Power Station Open joint stock company or listed from foreign banks in banks of Tajikistan according to this Law and regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.
