1. Approve, according to appendix, the List of economic agents - the companies of light industry and types of service rendered by them in the territory of the Republic of Moldova to applicants of customs regime of conversion on customs area liable to VAT on zero rate.

2. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of economy Mr. Serdzhiu Ciobanu.
