About approval of procedure for use of fund of subsidizing of agricultural producers

For the purpose of execution of provisions of Item and) article 2 of the Law on the government budget for 2010 the Government DECIDES: No. 133-XVIII of December 23, 2009

1. To distribute fund of subsidizing of agricultural producers in the amount of 400,0 of one million lei as follows:

a) stimulation of crediting of agricultural producers by commercial banks and non-bank financial institutions - 10908,8 of one thousand lei;

b) stimulation of the mechanism of risks insurance in agricultural industry - 10496,8 of one thousand lei;

c) stimulation of investments into creation of long-term plantings - 58600,8 of one thousand lei;

d) subsidizing of investments into production of vegetables in the closed soil (winter greenhouses, sunbeds) - 2000,0 of one thousand lei;

e) stimulation of investments into acquisition of agricultural machinery and the equipment, including irrigational - 58500,0 of one thousand lei;

f) support of promotion and development of ecological agricultural production - 2600,0 of one thousand lei;

g) stimulation of investments into processing equipment and re-equipment of livestock farms - 6000,0 of one thousand lei;

h) stimulation of acquisition of breeding animals and preserving breeding gene pool - 6500,0 of one thousand lei;

i) stimulation of investments into development of infrastructure of postharvest processing and conversion - 15594,4 of one thousand lei;

j) compensation of energy expenses on watering - 10000,0? one thousand lei;

j-1) subsidizing of users of means of phytosanitary appointment (pesticides) and means increasing fertility of the soil (mineral fertilizers) - 40000 thousand lei;

k) compensation of debts:

for support of creation of grape plantings - 50508,8 of one thousand lei;
