Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2007 No. 1372 "About approval of the Technical regulation about requirements to emissions of the hazardous (contaminating) substances of the vehicles released in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 50, the Art. 633), the following changes:
in the Technical regulation about requirements to emissions of the hazardous (contaminating) substances of the vehicles released in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in Items 9 and 15 of the word "according to appendix 3 to the Technical regulation" shall be replaced with words "according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
to exclude appendix 3 to the Technical regulation.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
