In pursuance of provisions of the National development strategy for 2008-2011 approved by the Law No. 295-XVI of December 21, 2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 18-20, of the Art. 57) which provides creation of divisions according to the analysis to monitoring and assessment public the politician in all central industry bodies of public management, for the purpose of consolidation of potential on strategic planning, the analysis, monitoring, assessment and the reporting under implementation national, sectoral and intersectoral public the politician, and also on improvement of quality of the act of decision making DECIDES: the Government

1. Determine that division according to the analysis, monitoring and assessment public the politician is obligatory autonomous division as a part of central office of the central industry body of public management.

2. Approve Standard regulations on division according to the analysis, monitoring and assessment public the politician of the central industry body of public management (is applied).

3. To the central industry bodies of public management:

in 10-day time to approve or, if necessary, to make changes to regulations on activities of division for the analysis, monitoring and assessment public the politician and job descriptions according to requirements of the Standard provision approved by this Resolution;

organize activities of division for the analysis, monitoring and assessment public the politician, accurately determining its relations with other internal divisions of the central industry body of public management.

4. State office:

develop together with the central industry bodies of public management the methodical instructions concerning process of the analysis, monitoring and assessment and the reporting under implementation public the politician;
