3. To heads of structural divisions of central office, subordinated and territorial authorities to accept approved by this order Regulations to strict execution.
4. To management on clerical work and control of execution of documents to bring this order to the attention of structural divisions of central office, subordinated and territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and to provide control of its execution.

1.1. The procedure for activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Ministry) is determined by Regulations on the Ministry, other regulatory legal acts and these Regulations.
1.2. The ministry will organize the activities on the basis of the principles: publicity, accounting of public opinion, combination of collective nature and one-man management in discussion and the solution of questions on management of bodies and organizations of system of the Ministry, with establishment of the personal responsibility of their heads for carrying out in life of the employed decisions and the state of affairs the sites charged to them.
