About export customs duties

For the purpose of ensuring effective work of the oil and gas-processing organizations of the Republic of Belarus:

1. Determine that the goods according to appendix which are exported from customs area of the Republic of Belarus (including the territory of free economic zones) out of limits of the State Parties of Eurasian economic community:

1.1. developed from hydrocarbonic raw material (codes 2709 00 - 2711 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the custom union) delivered from the Russian Federation with payment in the Russian Federation of export customs duty or delivered from other countries are not assessed with customs duties;

1.2. are assessed with export customs duties, except for the goods specified in subitem 1.1 of this Item, at the rates established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus based on the decision of the commission on questions of import of energy resources created by the order of the President of the Republic of Belarus of February 16, 2004 No. 34rp "About enhancement of procedure for supply of energy resources to the Republic of Belarus" approved with the President of the Republic of Belarus, in the amount of, not exceeding the size of rates of the export customs duties established in the Russian Federation.

2. Condition of application of provisions of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this Decree is the confirmation of the Belarusian state concern represented to the State Customs Committee on oil and chemistry that exported goods belong to the goods developed from hydrocarbonic raw material (codes 2709 00 - 2711 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the custom union) delivered from the Russian Federation with payment in the Russian Federation of export customs duty or delivered from other countries.

3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this Decree.
