1.4. The cargo vehicles passing the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic in transit procedure (daleetranzity) are understood as the cargo vehicles imported on the republic territory for its passing in transit customs regime.

1.5. The vehicle is understood as the cargo vehicles and rail vehicles moving through customs border of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.6. Control scales - the device for determination of weight of the cargo vehicles moved through customs border which is in border customs clearance stations;

1.7. Weighing of cargo vehicles on check points through border is performed by the staff of Self-supporting Foreign Trade Organization "Azerterminalkompleks" (daleeobjedineniye) of the State Customs Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic.
