1. Approve enclosed:
Procedure for maintaining the register of subjects of housekeeping which perform wholesale trade by alcohol cognac (including distillates in the form of the main and residual fraction) and alcohol fruit based on the license for production of cognac and alcoholic beverages on cognac technology;
The paragraph third is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 07.07.2021 No. 701
2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
