1. Approve the Instruction for creation and maintaining the State inventory of natural medical resources which is attached.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to department of motherhood, childhood and sanatorium providing this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of health care of Ukraine of the Woodbetony of Z.M.
4. The order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1.1. This Instruction determines procedure for creation and maintaining the State inventory of natural medical resources (further the Inventory), these (data), frequency and sources of their receipt, procedure for receipt of the cadastral information.
1.2. Subjects of the Inventory are mineral and thermal waters, therapeutic muds and ozokerite, brine of estuaries and lakes, sea water, natural objects and complexes with climatic conditions, favorable for treatment, suitable for use for the purpose of treatment, medical rehabilitation and prevention of diseases.
