Action of this Technical regulation extends on: elevators, safety controls of elevators released in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the elevators put into operation; the elevators which are in operation; the elevators which fulfilled the appointed service life; the elevators which are subject to utilization.
3. Action of this Technical regulation does not extend to the elevators established in mines of the mining and coal industry on vessels and other watercrafts, on platforms for investigation and drilling at the sea, by airplanes and aircraft.
