1. Approve the Minimum requirements on realization of seed potatoes (are applied).
2. This Resolution becomes effective in 3 months after publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. To provide to the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry reduction of the regulations in compliance with this Resolution.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
