In commemoration of the 65 anniversary of the Victory in World War II, paying tribute of deep respect and appreciation to heroism and dedication of participants and disabled veterans:
1. Award with the anniversary medal "65 years of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945." of participants and disabled people of World War II.
2. Establish the one-time monetary reward to persons specified in Item 1 of this Decree in the amount of 200000 (two hundred thousand) sum.
3. To carry out delivery of the anniversary medal "65 years of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945." and monetary reward in a festive atmosphere on behalf of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan by the Minister of Defence, the chairman of Service of homeland security, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the chairman of the Jokargi Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokimama of areas, cities and areas with participation of representatives of divisions for defense on places, councils of veterans of war and work.
4. To make the expenses connected with implementation of this Decree at the expense of the republican budget.
5. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two weeks to determine procedure for the organization of delivery of anniversary medals and payment of remuneration, to provide in accordance with the established procedure production of anniversary medals and forms of certificates to them.
6. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoyev.
