About approval of the Instruction about procedure for creation and the organization of activities of voluntary fire team (team)
According to article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About fire safety" and the Regulations on voluntary fire team (team) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25.02.2009 of N 136, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for creation and the organization of activities of voluntary fire team (command) which is attached.
2. To chiefs of the head departments of the Ministry of Emergency Measures in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to establish control of creation and the organization of activities of voluntary fire teams (teams).
3. To State department of fire safety (Ulinets E. M.), (Sukhomlin O. M.) in accordance with the established procedure to submit to Legal support division this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Tretyakov V. M.
