About approval of the Regulations on replacement procedure of the certificate (certificates) on registration of release (releases) of issued securities in connection with change of the name of joint-stock company

According to Item 3 parts one, Items 1, 3 parts two of Article 7, of Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", Article 90, "About joint-stock companies" and other legal acts State commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED parts three of Article 152 of the Civil code of Ukraine, part four of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve Regulations on replacement procedure of the certificate (certificates) on registration of release (releases) of issued securities in connection with change of the name of joint-stock company which is applied.

2. To provide to department of the corporate relations submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This decision becomes effective in 10 days after state registration.

4. To provide to management of organizational support of work of the Commission chairman and international backgrounds publication of this decision according to requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.

5. I reserve control over the implementation of this decision.
