In pursuance of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.04.2009 N 424 "About approval of the list of paid services which can be provided by the children's institutions of improvement and rest containing at the expense of budgetary funds" we ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision of paid services which can be provided by the children's institutions of improvement and rest containing at the expense of budgetary funds which is applied.

2. To department of normative ensuring improvement and rest (Melnichuk L. M.) department of family and gender policy and organization of improvement:

2.1. Bring this order to permission of structural divisions of the Ministry of Ukraine for family, youth and sport, the Ministry of cases of youth, family and gender policy of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, structural divisions for family and youth of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations.

2.2. Submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To the ministry of cases of youth, family and gender policy of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, structural divisions for family and youth of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations to bring this order to permission of heads of children's institutions of improvement and rest.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on deputy ministers according to distribution of obligations.
