1. Approve Regulations about procedure for issue by National Bank of Moldova for consent to sales of goods for freely convertible foreign currency in duty-free shops it (is applied).

Recognize invalid the Instruction No. 10018-25 "About operating conditions of duty-free shops with foreign currency", approved by the decision of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova of August 2, 1994, the protocol No. 35 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, No. 54-56), with subsequent changes and amendments.

3. This resolution becomes effective after 15 days from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
