Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for approval of federal body of protection of objects of cultural heritage of drafts of master plans of settlements and city districts, the drafts of documentation on the layout of the territory developed for historical settlements, and also the town-planning regulations established within the territories of objects of cultural heritage and their zones of protection.
2. To the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation to prepare and approve the list of historical settlements in 3-month time.
3. Item 5 of the Regulations on approval of drafts of schemes of territorial planning of subjects of the Russian Federation and draft documents of the territorial planning of municipalities approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 24, 2007 N 178 (Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 14, Art. 1691), to add with the subitem "g" of the following content:
