About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About preparation for submission of the single tax declaration by citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic"

In pursuance of parts 2 and 3 of article 10 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About preparation for submission of the single tax declaration by citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

- form of the declaration on the income and property;

- Procedure for filling and assurance of the declaration on income and property.

2. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- together with the Ministry of economic regulation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Tax Administration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval), local public administrations and the city halls of the cities of Bishkek and Osh to carry out broad explanatory work among citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic on application of provisions of this Law;

- in accordance with the established procedure to determine manufacturing company of declaration forms about the income and property by carrying out the tender and to publish its results in mass media;

- provide to the State Tax Administration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the invoice for payment of production of the specified forms of declarations by the manufacturing company who won the tender;

- upon completion of effective period of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About preparation for submission of the single tax declaration by citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic" to return the money which arrived from implementation of the specified declaration forms in equal shares to the State Tax Administration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;
