attaching importance to strengthening of cooperation between state members of EurAsEC in the field of education,
considering traditional close ties in the field of education between state members of EurAsEC,
understanding feasibility and need of interaction of the Parties for creation of the approved approaches for quality assurance of education and interstate system of quality assurance of education,
aiming at further strengthening and development of mutually beneficial cooperation on the principles of equality, independence and integrity of educational systems of state members of EurAsEC,
agreed as follows:
The parties according to the legislation of the states perform agreed measures on consecutive cooperation increase in the field of education, the general educational space of EurAsEC directed to creation, and also exchange experience and information on questions of the reforms undertaken in state members of EurAsEC in the field of education.
The parties give support to development of direct connections between educational institutions (organizations) on the basis of the agreements on cooperation signed by educational institutions (organizations).
The parties promote development of the academic mobility and mutual exchange of students, pedagogical and research and educational personnel.
Quantitative indices, financial and other terms of the exchange are annually determined by governing bodies of formation of the Parties about compliance with the bilateral protocols signed by them.
