1. Approve the enclosed program of creation of the single information database of the controlling (supervising) bodies including data on the checked subjects and on their reference to the corresponding risk groups proceeding from criteria of reference of the checked subjects to risk group for purpose of scheduled inspections based on the State register of payers (other obliged persons) for 2010-2011 (further the program).
2. Determine the customer of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection program.
3. To the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection:
bring the program to interested;
till February 25, 2011 and till February 25, 2012 to provide in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus information on the course of accomplishment of the program for the expired year.
4. Determine that financing of the program is performed within the means provided on these purposes in the republican budget.
5. To the Ministry of Finance when refining the republican budget for 2010 and when forming the draft of the republican budget for 2011 to provide allocation in accordance with the established procedure of funds for financing of actions of the program.
