About powers of federal executive bodies on implementation of the state control of the prices of the medicines included in the list of vital and major medicines
For the purpose of ensuring state regulation of the prices of medicines for medical application the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
Determine that:
The Federal Service on supervision in the field of health care exercises the state control of use of the prices of the medicines included in the list of vital and major medicines;
The Federal Tariff Service exercises the state control of establishment by executive bodies of subjects of the limiting Russian Federation of wholesale allowances and limiting retail allowances to the prices of the medicines included in the list of vital and major medicines including sends to the specified bodies of the instruction about reduction of the decisions on limiting establishment of wholesale and retail allowances accepted by them with violation of the law of the Russian Federation to compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
