The Kazakhstan Side provides to the Republic of Uzbekistan free from structures and transit communications the parcel of land located in the city of Astana, total area of 2,6 of hectare in use for a period of forty nine (49) years under construction at the expense of the Uzbek Side of buildings and constructions of Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The amount of the rent for the parcel of land constitutes one US dollar a year.
The exact location of the parcel of land and its border are designated in the plan (appendix 1), being integral part of this agreement.
