About the National strategy of anti-corruption and the National plan of anti-corruption for 2010 - 2011

For the purpose of the consolidation of efforts of federal bodies of the government, other state bodies, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies, institutes of civil society, the organizations and physical persons directed to anti-corruption and according to Item 1 of part 1 of article 5 of the Federal Law of December 25, 2008 N 273-FZ "About anti-corruption" I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed National strategy of anti-corruption.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of 13.03.2012 No. 297

3. To the head of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, the chairman of presidium of Russian President's Council for Countering Corruption to represent to the President of the Russian Federation the report on the course of accomplishment of the National plan of anti-corruption for 2010 - 2011 and suggestions for improvement of the activities directed to anti-corruption once a year.

4. To heads of federal executive bodies, other state bodies:

a) take effective measures on prevention and settlement of conflicting interests in public service;

b) being guided by the National strategy of anti-corruption and the National plan of anti-corruption for 2010-2011, to bring till June 1, 2010 in the plans of the corresponding federal executive bodies and other state bodies for change anti-corruption directed to achievement of specific results;

c) organize control over the implementation of the actions provided by plans;

d) provide timely adjustment of plans according to the national plan of anti-corruption for the corresponding period;

e) render assistance to mass media in extended coverage of the measures for anti-corruption taken by the corresponding federal executive bodies, other state bodies;
