On accomplishment of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 23, 2010 N 403 "About additional measures for the celebration of the 65th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945" and for the purpose of ensuring payment of one-time benefit to veterans of war, to persons on whom operation of the Laws of Ukraine "Expatiates on the status of veterans of war guarantees of their social protection" and "About the victims of Nazi prosecutions" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that in 2010 payment of the one-time monetary assistance provided by the Laws of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" and "About the victims of Nazi prosecutions" (the dalsherazovy monetary assistance), is performed in the following sizes:

1) to veterans of war from among persons who were involved in fighting during the Great Patriotic War the former juvenile (who at the time of the conclusion did not perform 14 years) to the prisoners of concentration camps, ghetto and other places of detention recognized as disabled people of general disease, labor mutilation and for other reasons, participants of war, and also members of families of the dead in the period of the Great Patriotic War and to wives (husbands) of the died disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War:

to disabled veterans of the I group - 1000 hryvnias;

to disabled veterans of the II group - 900 hryvnias;
