1. Approve Standard rules of work of the wholesale markets of agricultural products which are attached.

2. To provide to department of legal and bill work (Sobovy O. M.) provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister Boyko V. O.

Standard rules of work of the wholesale markets of agricultural products

I. General provisions

1.1. In these Standard rules terms are used in such value:

administration of the wholesale market agricultural produktsiiispolnitelny body of the legal entity who acquired the status of the wholesale market of agricultural products (further - ORSP) according to the Law of Ukraine "About the wholesale markets of agricultural products";

the guarantee fee - deposit which on one lot is paid by the participant of the wholesale biddings, auctions, tenders (further - the biddings) which size is equal to ORSP amount of remuneration for the services in the organization of the biddings provided to them;
