1. General provisions

1.2. μR obtain reliable information about the current and potential borrowers of the banks and non-bank credit institutions (further - BOKT) determined by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About non-bank credit institutions", to encourage borrowers to market discipline, protection of reputation of borrowing, and also for encouragement of banks and BOKT it is created for the purpose of decrease in credit risks.

1.3. Data μR can be used only for the purpose of banking supervision, decrease in credit risks of banks and NBFK.

1.4. TsKR is created in the form of the database which does not have organizational structure in National Bank.
