About establishment of normative cost of one ekspertochas in 2010

According to Item 1-2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 01.07.96 N 710 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure and the amount of expense recovery and payment of remuneration to persons which are caused in bodies of inquiry, pretrial investigation prosecutor's office, court or in bodies in which production cases on administrative offenses stay, and payments of judicial examination to the public specialized agencies for accomplishment by their workers of functions of experts and specialists" and for the purpose of ordering of cost of conducting examinations in research establishments of judicial examinations of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Determine that taking into account consumer price index for 2009 the normative cost of one ekspertochas in 2010 constitutes:

Examination simple - 43, 0 UAH.

Examination of average complexity - 53, 7 UAH.

Examination of special complexity - 64, 6 UAH.

2. To provide to directors of research establishments of judicial examinations creation of calculations of cost of conducting examinations according to the established normative cost of one ekspertochas in 2010.

3. To provide to management of expert ensuring justice (L. M. Golovchenko) provision of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 N 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Yu.D.Prityka.
