About provision of the tariff privileges

The government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

based on provisions of articles 5 and 6 of the Agreement on single customs and tariff regulation of January 25, 2008,

for the purpose of assistance to deepening of economic integration and fair competition,

being guided by the universally recognized norms and rules of international trade,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The tariff privileges provided are applied to the goods imported on customs areas of the states of the Parties or on single customs area of the State Parties of custom union within Eurasian economic community irrespective of the country of goods' origin.

Article 2

From the date of provision of the Commission of custom union (daleekomissiya) by the Parties of powers on maintaining the Common customs tariff application of the tariff privileges in case of commodity importation for customs areas of the states of the Parties or on single customs area of the State Parties of custom union within Eurasian economic community in cases, not stipulated in Article 5 and Item 1 of article 6 of the Agreement on single customs and tariff regulation of January 25, 2008, is performed only based on the decisions of the Commission made by consensus.

Article 3

In the period from the effective date this Protocol before date of provision of the Commission of powers on maintaining the Common customs tariff:

The parties inform the Commission on the tariff privileges and introduction of amendments to legislations of the states of the Parties applied by them concerning application of the tariff privileges;
