1. Approve:
report forms about activities of non-profit organization, staff of its governing bodies, and also about expenditure of money and about use of other property, including received from the international and foreign organizations, foreign citizens and stateless persons (appendix N 1);
report form about amount received by public association from the international and foreign organizations, foreign citizens and stateless persons of money and other property, about the purposes of their expenditure or use and about their actual expenditure or use (appendix N 2);
report form about activities of the religious organization, about staff of its governing bodies, about expenditure of money and about use of other property, including received from the international and foreign organizations, foreign citizens and stateless persons (appendix N 3);
report forms of structural division of foreign non-profit non-governmental organization about amount of the money received by this structural division of foreign non-profit non-governmental organization and other property, their expected distribution, about the purposes of their expenditure or use and about their actual expenditure or use, about the programs assumed for implementation in the territory of the Russian Federation, and also about expenditure provided to physical persons and legal entities of the specified money and about use of other property provided to them (appendix N 4).
2. The order becomes effective from the date of recognition voided paragraphs of the fourth - the sixth and eighth Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 15, 2006 N 212 "About measures for realization of separate provisions of the Federal Laws regulating activities of non-profit organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, N 11 (h 2), Art. 1869; 2007, N 16, Art. 1915; 2008, N 50, the Art. 5958), appendices N 3, 4, 5, 7 to it.
