About approval of the Instruction for application of mark of suitability and veterinary stamps and modification of the Instruction on meat kleymleniye

According to Articles 7, 11 and 33 Laws of Ukraine "About safety and quality of foodstuff", considering requirements of international standards, instructions and recommendations when carrying out the state veterinary health control and supervision in case of face of animals, conversion, storage, transportation and realization of the raw foodstuff of animal origin, and also for the purpose of adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine concerning veterinary medicine to the legislation of acquis communautaire I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction for application of mark of suitability and veterinary stamps which is attached.

2. To management of veterinary and sanitary examination and safety of foodstuff of the State committee of veterinary medicine (Ostapyuk M. P.):

2.1. Submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2.2. Bring the order to permission of territorial authorities of Goskomvetmeditsina, public institutions of veterinary medicine.

3. Ceased to be valid.

4. This order becomes effective in six months from the date of its official publication.

5. To chiefs of head departments of veterinary medicine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, to chiefs of managements of veterinary medicine in areas and the cities:

5.1. Exercise the state veterinary health control and supervision of the organization and conducting veterinary and sanitary examination on capacities (objects) of the raw foodstuff of animal origin according to the current legislation and this order.
