3. Declare invalid the order of the Acting Minister of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 23, 2008 No. 170 "About approval of the list of the documents necessary for receipt of permission to production of installation and construction works" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 5206, published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper on June 20, 2008, No. 93 (1493).
