Provision of finance division and financial accounting of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic

I. General provisions

1. The department financial and financial accounting (further - department) is independent structural division of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the ministry) which submits directly to the minister.

2. The department is guided by the laws, decrees, provisions, instructions and recommendations of the supreme bodies of the government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning accounting, and also internal orders of the head of the ministry in case of observance of priority of legal acts.

II. Tasks and functions of department

3. The main objectives of department are:
