2. To department of social protection and humanitarian assistance:

- bring this order, and Methodical recommendations attached to it, and also the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 22, 2009 No. 795 "About payment of monthly monetary compensations instead of privileges" to district, city managements of social protection;

- on permanent basis to give practical and methodical help to district, city managements of social protection concerning purpose of monetary compensations instead of privileges.

3. To district, city managements of social protection:

- to monthly carry out inventory count of personal records of receivers of compensations, for the purpose of exception of persons which came out to other residence, the dead, and also adherence to deadlines of purpose of disability and the established threshold of age of children;

- submit personal records of the citizens excluded from preferential categories to archive;

- render assistance to persons having the right to compensation in execution of necessary documents;
