Rules of financing of the actions connected with subsidizing of production management systems of agricultural products

1. General provisions

1. These rules of financing of the actions connected with subsidizing of production management systems of agricultural products (further - Rules) are developed according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 8, 2005 "About state regulation of development agro-industrial lump of the territories", of December 7, 2009 "About the republican budget for 2010 - 2012" and determine procedure for financing of the actions connected with subsidizing of cost of services in development, implementation and certification of international standards of the companies of industries of agro-industrial complex.

2. Financing of the actions connected with subsidizing is performed at the expense of means of the republican budget for the corresponding years (further - means) according to the republican budget program 051 "Subsidizing of production management systems of agricultural products" (further - the program).
