date and number of customs certificate about goods placement under customs regime or date and number of registration of the statistical declaration (the periodic statistical declaration) for batch of the imported alcoholic beverages and (or) tobacco products;
registration number and effective period of the certificate of conformity issued to the manufacturer or the importer;
