1. General provisions

1.1. These rules are prepared according to the Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About banks", "About national bank of the Azerbaijan Republic", "About information, informatization and information security", "About the digital signature and the electronic document", other legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, and also the international practice and establish rules of application in banks of information technologies.

1.2. The main objective of these rules consists in safety of systems of the information technologies (IT), the stored data and documents, control over risks for reduction of influence of emergencies and mistakes, establishment of the minimum requirements for the organization of backup copies and creation of the procedures covering ways of exit from emergency situations.

1.3. Each bank shall adjust the information systems and their safety according to requirements of these rules and exercise control over their permanent updating.

2. Concepts

2.1. The concepts used in these rules have the following values:

2.1.2. Unauthorized intervention - attempt of entrance to information systems, the electronic collection of documents of not authorized user without the permission.
