agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties prolong operation of the Agreement between Ukraine and the Russian Federation about the status and conditions of stay of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation in the territory of Ukraine of May 28, 1997, the Agreement between Ukraine and the Russian Federation on parameters of the Section of the Black Sea Fleet of May 28, 1997 and the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on the settlement connected with the Section of the Black Sea Fleet and stay of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation in the territory of Ukraine of May 28, 1997 for twenty five years since May 28, 2017 with the subsequent automatic prolongation for the subsequent five-year periods if any of the parties does not notify in writing other party on the termination of their action not later than one year before expiration.
