According to the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 26.05.2007 of N 777, the Law of Ukraine "About the State Tax Service in Ukraine", article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About international treaties of Ukraine" and for the purpose of realization of provisions of the Framework agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Commission of the European Commonwealth ratified by the Law of Ukraine of 03.09.2008 of N360-VI, PRIKAZYVAEM:
1. Approve the Procedure for confirmation of privileges concerning exemption of the value added tax of transactions of taxpayers on delivery of goods and services which place of delivery is on customs area of Ukraine which are performed within projects implementation (programs) of the external help of the European Union it (is applied).
2. To provide to the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine provision in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. State Tax Administration of Ukraine in ten-day time after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide its replication and posylaniye to bodies of the State Tax Service of all levels.
