About approval of the Procedure for conducting check of production of medicines which move on state registration

According to Item 3 of the Procedure for state registration (re-registration) of medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 26.05.2005 N 376 (with changes), for the purpose of creation of transparent system of check of production of medicines during conducting examination of materials on medicines which move on state registration, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for conducting check of production of medicines which move on state registration which is applied.

2. To the director of the department of regulatory policy in the field of drug circulation and products in health care system of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine Konstantinov Yu. B. provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To the deputy director of GP "State Pharmacological Center" of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine Chumaka V. T. provide observance of requirements of this Procedure when conducting check of production of medicines which move on state registration.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Gudzenko O. P.

5. The order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
