Based on Item c provisions) parts (3) Article 5 and article 9 of the Law on the state secret No. 245-XVI of November 27, 2008. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 45-46, of the Art. 123) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the List of the data carried to the state secret it (is applied).

2. Determine that the central and local authorities of public management and other legal entities of public and private law listed in the List of the data carried to the state secret are allocated with powers according to the order the corresponding data within the competence, and also the data of other owners of information on their requirement.

3. For the purpose of refining and systematization of data in areas of their activities to the central and local authorities of public management, other legal entities of public and private law listed in the List of the data carried to the state secret to develop on the basis and within this List, and also according to article 10 of the Law on the state secret No. 245-XVI of November 27, 2008 the developed departmental lists of the data which are subject to classification.
