About exemption of customs payments of diesel fuel

For the purpose of accomplishment of the arrangement with Gazprom Neft Asia limited liability company on receipt of diesel fuel of 4300 CBM on the terms of recoverability according to the order of Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 22, 2010 No. 24-A, the Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. To the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to exempt Fund of the state material reserves under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic from payment of conditionally added customs payments on the diesel fuel of 3700 tons received as the humanitarian assistance from the Republic of Kazakhstan with the subsequent transfer of the specified amount to Gazprom Neft Asia limited liability company on account of return of earlier received amount of the diesel fuel released to rural producers at the price of 24 som for liter.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and environmental management of the Office of Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
