1. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- keep the compensation payments which are earlier provided for pensioners and workers of the budget sphere in connection with increase in rates for energy carriers;

- in accordance with the established procedure till May 10, 2010 to submit the List of the capital construction projects financed from the republican budget for consideration of Provisional government;

- submit for consideration of Provisional government of the offer on increase since July 1, 2010 of the salary of the military personnel and law enforcement officers of the country;

- submit for consideration of Provisional government of the offer on allocation of necessary funds for urgent repair of office buildings to which damage is caused during the events on April 6-8, 2010;

- in accordance with the established procedure to submit the draft of the resolution VP on introduction of amendments to the republican budget for 2010 for consideration of Provisional government, following from this resolution.

2. Recommend to National Bank to perform together with commercial banks since May 1, 2010 loan granting to peasants for carrying out spring and field and autumn and field works under 12 annual interest rates.
