About the State investments and development agency

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Rename the State investments agency of Ukraine and innovations on the State investments and development agency of Ukraine.

2. Reorganize the National agency of Ukraine on foreign investments and development by way of its accession to the State agency of Ukraine in investments and development.

3. Approve Regulations on the State agency of Ukraine on investments and development which is applied.

4. Determine that the State investments and development agency is legal successor of the National agency on foreign investments and development.

5. The state investments and development agency is placed under lease regarding rooms the working area of 1011,38 of sq.m on the second, fifth and sixth floors of the building on Ulitsa Bolshoy Zhitomirskaya, 11, in Kiev, and also in rooms on the fourth floor the working area of 202,6 of sq.m and the fifth floor (the right wing) with a working area of 250 sq.m in the house on Ulitsa Saksaganskogo, 1a, in Kiev.

6. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

7. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

8. To the state investments and development agency:

perform the actions connected with reorganization of the National agency on foreign investments and development;

poinformirovat till July 1, 2010. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about results of the carried-out work.

9. To the ministries, other central executive bodies to bring in three-months time own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
