1. Approve the enclosed Rules of forming of the register of requirements of creditors.

2. To provide to committee on work with poor debtors of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Usenov N. D.) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its subsequent official publication in mass media.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of forming of the register of requirements of creditors
